WORKOUT: Ran 3 miles, 9:05 pace. I could tell my legs were still tired from Sunday's long run so I took it easy. ----- Tonight I had a weird dinner due to weird cravings. I made Ina Garten's Middle Eastern Vegetable Salad and my own Protein Waffles recipe. I'll post the waffle recipe at a later time- I'm still perfecting the recipe.
