After eating breakfast and drinking water like it was my job, I started to feel better about an hour later. What really got my motivated however, was reading all of your blogs. Seriously. After catching up on blogging, I realized that I was feeling better, I did want to run, and that I needed to suck it up. Plus I heard Kyle's voice of reason. Well, I have to thank all of you and Kyle for getting my butt moving. My run was awesome. I decided to run 7 miles at a 9:09 pace (or faster). I ran at an 8:56 pace. Either my new Lululemon shirt has magical powers, or my training is paying off.
Yesterday I could not wait to get home after work. I had ordered a final sale item from Lululemon and could not wait to try it on! This was my FIRST purchase from them. They are freaking expensive but I finally bit the bullet when I saw something I liked on sale.
WORKOUT: Cross-training day- walk on the treadmill. I would have done a bigger workout but I got home late and had a lot of stuff to do. ----- Look what my coworker brought me, she's the sweetest:
