you scream about a Nuun package like Buddy the Elf screams for Santa.
My 4-pack of Nuun from cyber Monday arrived yesterday! And let’s just say, my neighbors probably think I’m oddly obsessed with noon-time?
Now for my WORKOUTS:
Monday: 3 Blogilates videos + a lot of stretching/foam rolling
Tuesday: A different version of 400m repeats.
Since my treadmill is older than me, it doesn’t show mileage to the hundredths place. So I can’t read when I’ve reached 0.25 miles. So I did 0.3 mile repeats X 5 + jogging to make it 3 miles.
And instead of jogging in between each 0.3 miles, I did a little strength training instead.
- 1 min plank
- 20 Russian twists
- 15 squats + leg abduction
- 15 push-ups
I didn’t think I was sore from the Blogilates videos, but my abs definitely screamed at me during those Russian twists.
And since it’s Wednesday…WIWW
A couple of my favorite things that I wore from the past week, were also my dorkiest.
And on to WIAW from Peas and Crayons!
Hands down. The best thing I ate this past week: Bread pudding from my birthday dinner with Kyle. Like I would slap a child’s hand away from this plate good.
We’re half way through the work week kids! We can do this!
