What I Wore Wednesday, What I Ate Wednesday

My second What I Wore Wednesday post! For those of you who missed last week, I decided to start a new What I Wore Wednesday tradition here on Fitness Meets Frosting! Just for funzies.

WIWW with Fitness Meets Frosting

That shirt right there is one of my faves. It’s also a great fat day shirt cause it’s flowy but still cute. For you boys, fat days- that’s when us girls are convinced we gained 10 lbs overnight and we think everyone is secretly judging us and calling us preggers behind our backs. Also see, PMS.

This is a very similar top from the same store.

And this outfit was super comfy and made me feel like I was in Tahoe. Man I want to go up to Tahoe. P.S. I hope my sister doesn’t read this post because that’s definitely her shirt. Shhhhh.

I’m kind of bummed that I didn’t take a pic of my outfit from Friday. I dressed up a tiny bit for a date night with Kyle. Oh well. One of these days I will learn to be a better blogger and take photos of absolutely everything even when it’s awkward and people are staring at you.

Now on to What I Ate Wednesday!

On Thursday I made paninis for dinner for Kyle and my mom (And I know panini is the plural form of panino, but paninis just sounds so much better when I’m speaking English).

If you haven’t tried it, PLEASE go make a panino with extra sharp cheddar cheese, a tiny bit of crushed garlic, and apricot jam. It sounds crazy, but I swear it’s the best thing. You will eat a million. And you will get fat. But then you will thank me. Not pictured- meatball panini

Obviously I have to add the amazing Thai food that Kyle made

Also, last night my mom made a Japanese dish called Sukiyaki. It’s a dish where you braise vegetables, tofu or meat, and noodles in a broth. She doesn’t make Japanese food too often so this was fun.

And on to something that I ate and did NOT particularly enjoy. Tea. Yes, I ate tea.

The darn bag exploded in my travel mug (that has a lid) so I got a nice mouthful of chunky goodness. Tea may make your water taste good, but it is not the best food.

Your turn!

What’s your favorite thing you wore this week. Do you have a fat shirt?

Favorite eat? Least favorite eat?

  1. lol I have several fat shirts! And a couple pairs of fat jeans, too. They all serve their purpose on those super bloaty days. Then there’s the skinny jeans and skinny shirts and all the stuff in between. It’s good to be prepared cuz ya never know, right? :p

    1. Oh good! I’m glad I’m not the only one. Sometimes I feel like it’s only me because my boyfriend looks at me weird when I’m having fat days and can’t find stuff to wear. LOVE your always be prepared attitude. I need more fat day clothes πŸ˜‰

  2. When I first read this a little too quickly, I thought “paninis” said something else. Ooops.
All my home clothes are oversized shirts and shorts. Very comfy, and little restrictions!
