#OOTD. Yes, I steamed my shirt before leaving the house and no, I don’t roll around on the floor at work whilst taking naps. yikes.
I cut my head off in the pic and my hair is still crazy. If I were to shave my head, I wonder how many pounds I would drop? I saw my shadow on one of my runs, and it’s time for a hair cut when you start to look like Johnny Depp in any of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
At least I have better teeth than that. I went to the dentist last week and was told I have the teeth of a 10 year old (apparently a compliment). Why thank you? But I’m still in my early 20’s so I think I’d rather you tell me that in 10-20 years. He meant my roots and maybe the base of my teeth look good- or something like that? i could totally be a dentist.
I was also told that I need to stop gritting/grinding my teeth. I already have a mouth guard- oh yeah, I’m a super sexy sleeper with that bad boy plus my retainer. lucky Kyle. However, I didn’t realize I really grit my teeth a lot during the day. Since my appointment I’ve been trying to be more aware of it. #excitinglife
Remember how I said I am increasing my protein intake? One great source of protein is cottage cheese.
The only problem is I HATE cottage cheese. If you’re like me, try throwing it in a blender. I have found that if I blend cottage cheese with fruit (that I would eat with it anyways) and cinnamon (not cinnamon sugar), it is edible/fine/tolerable/not bad at all.
