Ran 3.06 miles, 27:36, 9:01 pace. My first time successfully (intentionally) running negative splits (9:31, 8:56, 8:41). I’m really bad at pacing myself so even though the times weren’t great, I’m pleased. Also, I barely slept last night for some reason so I was exhausted. I had to pry myself out of bed at 5:30 AM and keep repeating, “you will feel better after your run.” And I did.

I know it’s weird for me to “celebrate” a month-a-versary 4 years into our relationship. But hey, if something makes you happy/excites you, why not? Life’s short, celebrate the little things.
